After you made the decision to use our services, go to the Docs Preparation page and prepare your document/s.
What documents do we mostly translate?
Personal docs: Birth Certificates * Transcripts * Passports * Marriage Certificates * Divorce documents * Adoption papers * Diplomas * Death Certificates * Resumes
Other docs: legal, medical, technical, website localization, press releases, fine literature and more.
You may expect up to 48 hours from the moment a document is submitted, until its delivery to you! In most cases it takes much less, depending on the number of documents uploaded for translation. Large word based translations will have an agreed upon delivery date, as per the size and complexity of the project.
So how does it work and how do I pay?
Read carefully:when you have a document, of any number of pages, or words, that you need translated. go to Docs Preparation, to learn more about how to prepare the documents for submission to us. After the docs are submitted, we shall contact you promptly via email or phone, to let you know what the charge will be. You can then decide whether you want to pay via Paypal or a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or Amex). If you decide to pay via Paypal we will send you a payment request. If paying with a credit card is what you wish, we may proceed with the process over the phone and confirm it while you are still with us. Your card details will not be stored. After payment is confirmed the work will start immediately, and the 48 hours count , or any time frame agreed on, will commence. If the doc is not completed within the promised time, your payment will be refunded and the translation will be on us.
